2018-2019倫敦跨年煙火購票資訊:訂閱售票通知、購票、退票教學

號稱世界前三大漂亮的倫敦跨年煙火,已經開始售票囉!想看倫敦跨年煙火是要買票的,不論哪一個區域,都是一人10歐元。2018~2019的倫敦煙火售票已經開始,這篇是跨年煙火從訂閱售票通知到成功購票、退票的教學,有興趣的朋友不要錯過了。

每年的開賣時間不一定,大約會在9~10約之間,今年則是在9/28,想要搶好區域的朋友趕快把握機會吧!

購票前置作業(開賣前)

Tip 1.

9月初就可以先上 倫敦官網 搜尋 New Year’s Eve fireworks,會有一個讓你登記收到通知的頁面,送出後email會收到確認信,記得先確認一下這封信有沒有收到~ 這樣才能確保開賣通知你也收得到。

 

這封email就是在2018/9/28票券開賣的前一個禮拜(9/21號),收到了開賣通知。確定日期就準備來搶票囉!

Tip 2.

先在售票網站註冊,註冊後進入My Account先將基本資料填寫好

 

正式購票流程

開賣後 售票網站 或是 倫敦官網  都可找到購票入口,台灣時間比倫敦時間快7小時,所以9/28中午12:00開賣,就是台灣時間的9/28 晚上19:00。

但依照我這次的購票經驗,都已經開賣三天已上,藍區票依然沒有sold out…不知道自己當時在緊張什麼還出動三個人一起搶票XDDD,我們用搶演唱會的精神在搶票,結果其實沒這麼誇張啦~。但大約一個禮拜後藍區&白區就sold out囉!

最好的一定是藍區,再來是白區(在橋上)或紅區,每一區的售票價格通通都是10歐。

 

售票網站 進來,入口則是這裡,也可以選擇自己要買的區域,兩個網站最後連到的都是同一個售票頁面,免擔心。

 

進來後就可以選擇自己要的張數,一個人最多買四張,藍區有兩個不同入口

 

選好後進入結帳畫面,可以直接信用卡刷卡

 

最後一步進到確認資料的畫面 (先前註冊先填好資料,這個步驟就可以很順利進行)

 

送出後回到Your Orders中,即可看到你的訂票紀錄

 

確認訂票通知細節

買完票後,會收到email的確認通知,裡面包含了很多細節,直接貼上來給大家參考

節錄幾個重點

1.票券可以寄送到國外地址,若12/21沒有收到票,要趕快連絡官方。如果年底已在國外旅行(像我就是),需要另外寫信給客服,他們會安排你現場取票的方式。(到時候我再來更新狀況)

2.10:30前一定要進到官賞區域,建議9點前入場,大背包與行李箱不能攜帶

3.購票者不論你買幾張,票券上都是顯示你的名字,所有的人數都必須到場才能進去,且要攜帶有照片的證件。

Tickets, maps and further information will be sent by post at the start of December, but you may not receive these until just before Christmas. If your tickets haven’t arrived by 21 December, please contact See Tickets Customer Service immediately and no later than two working days before the event (by 5pm on 26 December).

Don’t worry if you are travelling from abroad. We will make sure your tickets are sent out in plenty of time for you to receive them in early December. If you’ll be travelling then, and won’t be at your registered address, please contact See Tickets Customer Service to make alternative arrangements to collect your tickets.

ON THE NIGHT

We will send specific instructions with your tickets to direct you to your entrance.
You will need to be in the viewing area no later than 10.30pm. However, to ensure a smoother experience we ask that you read about bag sizes in our bag policy which will be sent with your tickets, please note that no backpacks or suitcases will be allowed. We also recommend arriving before 9pm to avoid crowds in the surrounding areas as well as queues into the event.

New Year’s Eve in London is a very busy night, attracting hundreds of thousands of revellers to both the fireworks and the many other events happening. We are expecting high volumes of people both on public transport and generally throughout central London. In addition, public transport will operate differently to normal, with closures and diversions in place. Make sure you check for special travel information before you leave at www.tfl.gov.uk/nye

YOUR TICKETS 

Your tickets will be barcoded and the name of the lead ticket buyer will be printed on the front of each. That means if you have booked more than one ticket, your group will need to come together. The ticket buyer must bring photo identification, as they may be required to show this when tickets are scanned at your entrance.

May we take this opportunity to remind you that the tickets you have bought are for your personal use only. The re-selling or transfer of tickets is in breach of the London New Year’s Eve Fireworks tickets booking terms and conditions. Should these conditions be broken, See Tickets and the Greater London Authority are entitled to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability. The barcode on these cancelled tickets will be made null and void so that they cannot be used to enter the event. This no second selling policy will be monitored in all online and other forums and supported at the event by stewards, local authorities and the police.

We understand that your circumstances may change after you order your tickets. We will be happy to change your booking details or offer a full refund to anyone who contacts the See Tickets Customer Service team (using the details provided above) before 5pm on Monday 26 November. Unfortunately. we will not be able to process any refund requests received after this date.

因為我們出動多人搶票,結果根本不需要搶…。多出來的票直接在your order中,寫信給客服說你要退掉這筆訂單,請他們直接刷退到你的信用卡戶。

    We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the event in question is cancelled or details of the event are significantly changed (for example venue, date etc).
    所以我在想是不是一定得寫信給他呢?而內容應該要寫什麼呢?麻煩替我解答,謝謝您!
